We all know olive oil has great health benefits. The leaf of the olive tree are good too, though! Olive leaf extract is proven to have blood pressure lowering effects and apparently has almost double the antioxidant capacity than green tea extract and 400% higher than vitamin C. This is the product I use.
I have a spoon a day of olive leaf extract!
Garlic does not only add flavor to your food, it is one of nature's strongest immune system boosters. It works as a antibiotic, digestive aid and libido enhancer. Note that like with all good foods, don't overuse it.
