There are different kind of training programs, Personal Training (Individual or Pair Training) or Group Training (Boot Camp) where you join a small group of people to work out together.
This is a good way to find motivation and find people who have the same targets.
A boot camp is a more intense training program targeting a high weight loss in a short period of time.
Open Group Training Times:
These bootcamp sessions are every week and open for anyone to join. Come & say Hello!
